Warming up is a most important routine before you do another drills on football training.Warming up can make your muscle flexibility.So,you can avoid muscle's injury when you training football. walk-run-jogging
1.First You can walk quickly 2x laps.
2.Next you can do jogging not to fast 3 x laps.
3.After that running high step 3 x laps.
4.Then Running as fast as you can 1 x lap.The drills is simple.But if you do to fast or don't follow the step you can hurt your muscle.And don't run too fast when do it because your muscle will produce lactat acid to much and you will feel tired fastly.
